Mother's Day

Mother's Day was great, Ramsey and the kids took my out to eat, and brought me flowers. I didn't really want anything else, I just love being appreciated.

Miniature Cakes

I thought it would be so cute to learn how to make miniature cakes. Fondant is very intimidating for someone who has never tried it. The ladies at Cake Connection in Malaysia assured us it would be very easy, and tons of fun so we all signed up. I think mine turned out very good for my first time ever using fondant. It was very labor intensive, and frustrating making everything little. I now appreciate the work put into these cakes, and know why they cost so much.

Yeah..........More New Stuff

Lavender Therapy
Made with only olive oil, and cocoa butter, it has got to be the most moisturizing bar of soap I have ever used. Wow this is now my favorite soap.

Chocolate Mint
Smells just like the chocolate mint candy, and it makes you want to eat this amazing soap. It is swirled dark green and brown which is hard to see but looks better in person.

Eucalyptus
At first I must say that I didn't like this scent at all then it started to grow on me. It took me a while to think of a design concept for eucalyptus, because I was not at all familiar with it. My friend Rene drove me crazy insisting that I make the soap purple. I knew that there is a purple eucalyptus, but for some reason couldn't make it that color. I kept thinking it had to be green, so this is what I cam up with.

Cucumber Melon
This is a very popular scent with all women, if you don't like, chances are your friend does. It was very easy to make this soap, I just had to visualize what cucumber melon would look like to me. These colors appealed to everyone at my last show.

Creative
This is a blend of rosemary and juniper essential oils. So I looked up both for color ideas, and wanted to make a green and blue soap, but I had a brain fart and made it this yellowish brown, and blue color.

Traditional Thai Herbal Compress
I wanted something new to my product line that not many people can make. I was in Thailand and stumbled upon a lady who made herbal compresses. She taught me how to make these, and they smell amazing. All the fresh herbs used to make them, it is no wonder it actually has so many benefits to it.

Melt and Pour Soap Making Kit

Tada....This is my new Melt and Pour Soap Making kit. I had the idea to make a kit, because people get discouraged thinking it is so hard to do. I wanted to show everyone how easy it was to make soap, so I made a complete kit including pretty much everything, because I know how hard it is get simple things here in Malaysia. Oh the paint can was my genius idea, I thought what a cute way to package a kit of any kind, and it also will contain the mess in one small can. So you'll never have to worry about losing things, or make a mess. (By the way these kits were a super hit, they were my number one seller.)

Ibu Family Bazzar 2009

Here are some new pictures of my soap show. I think as time goes on my shows get better, and better. My table layout looks great, not that anyone cares. I do however feel having great looking table attracts a lot of potential customers. My sales are amazing, I think it has a lot to do with all my variety, and great sales team.
