Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

1 Tbsp Garlic Puree
Brown first

Then add 1 lbs of butter until melted

Add 2 quarts of heavy whipping cream, and 8 oz of milk.

Add 1 Lbs of Parmesan cheese, and 4 oz fontina cheese with 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp black pepper.

Stir in med-high until thickens. Turn off heat and continue to stir.

And your done.
